How do I RSVP?

Please dress in formal garden party attire, with elegant dresses, colorful florals and prints, and polished suits encouraged. Ladies, the Ceremony will be in grass, so keep that in mind as you pick out your shoes.

Can I bring a date/plus one?

Due to a limited guest count, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Thank you for understanding!

Where is the Ceremony / Reception located?

The Ceremony will be held at Hotel Ella and the Reception will be held at Haywire in the Domain. Please see the Schedule tab for more information. The Ceremony will be hosted outside (rain or shine) and the Reception will be inside.

Will there be transportation to and from the Ceremony / Reception locations?

If you indicate so in your RSVP form, Katelyn & Julian will arrange a group ride (fetii) from the Ceremony to the Reception. However, you must find your own transportation to the Ceremony site and from the Reception back to your hotel/home. Katelyn & Julian recommend ubering to and from for this.

If you would prefer to arrange your own transportation, please also indicate so in the RSVP form as well. Please note only valet parking is offered at Hotel Ella which costs $20. There are several free garages/street parking at Haywire in the Domain.

Are kids allowed?

While we love your little ones, we kindly ask that our wedding be an adults-only celebration. We hope this gives everyone the chance to relax, celebrate, and enjoy the evening with us!

Can I take pictures?

We invite you to put your phones and cameras away during the ceremony and simply be present as we begin this next chapter together. Our photographer will be capturing all the special moments, and we can’t wait to share them with you!

Austin recommendations?

Click HERE to RSVP. We kindly ask that you RSVP by October 10th. If you do not RSVP by then, you will be marked as "Not Attending" as we have to provide our vendors with final head counts.

What's for dinner?

Please come hungry! Dinner will be served buffet style upstairs at Haywire. Starters include onion rings, fried green tomatoes, and lump crab dip. Mains will be chicken fried steak, herb roasted chicken breast, pan seared gulf striped bass, and smoked TX beef tenderloin. Sides include whipped potatoes, mac & cheese, sauteed green beans, broccolini, and house salad. We will have delicious wedding cake from our very own Sweet Cheeks bakery along with pecan pie, and homestead cake. You will also be greeted with a sweet treat when you get to the Ceremony!

Where should I stay?

We recommend staying in North Austin rather than downtown to avoid traffic and parking hassles. If you would like to stay near the Reception spot, look up places to stay near The Domain. If you're interested in a group room block, please indicate so in the RSVP form and Katelyn & Julian can help find accommodations.

What should I wear?

Austin has lots of fun stuff to do if you want to make a weekend out of it! Here and Katelyn & Julian's favorites.

Food: Homeslice + Jeni's Ice Cream combo on South Congress, Terry Blacks BBQ, Cabo Bobs, Gristmill (Greene), Round Rock Donuts

Activities: Paddleboard on Ladybird Lake, Ladybird walking trail, Texas volleyball game, Shopping at the Domain
