Ceremony
The Ceremony will be hosted in the outdoor courtyard at Hotel Ella at 4:00pm on November 29th, 2026. We kindly ask that guests arrive by 3:30pm to check in and take their seats.
Sweet Treat
Between the Ceremony and Reception as Katelyn & Julian get final portraits taken, guests are invited to a indulge in a pre-dinner treat because everyone love dessert first! Or if you like sweets after dinner, guests can treat themselves to bubbles at the Hotel Bar and patio games before heading to the Reception. Please indicate in the RSVP form if you are interested in a group ride between the Ceremony and Reception locations.
Reception
The Reception will be held upstairs at Haywire in the Domain. Dinner will be served at 6:00pm, buffet style. Please see Q&A tab for our dinner menu. After dinner, we hope to see you on the dance floor! The Reception will conclude at 9:00pm.
Grand Exit
After the Reception concludes, please see Katelyn & Julian out on Rock Rose Avenue as they ride off into the night! Please have rides arranged back to your respective hotels. Feel free to continue celebrating downstairs or down the block at Jeni's Ice Cream!
